RepSave ("we," "our," or "us") operates https://repsave.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

What We Collect

When you create an account or use RepSave, we may collect:

• Account information: Email address, name (from Google or Facebook OAuth), and password hash.
• Workout content: URLs you share (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube), AI-extracted workout data (exercises, sets, reps, form cues), and any screenshots you upload.
• Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps — collected via our own analytics (Polsia).

We do not collect precise location data, health or biometric data, or payment card information (payments are handled by Stripe, who retains their own privacy policy).

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Extract and display structured workout data from shared URLs.
• Categorize and organize your workouts by body part.
• Provide personalized split recommendations based on your workout history.
• Send service-related emails (e.g., account verification, password resets).
• Improve the service and detect bugs or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it to train external AI models.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Google OAuth: Used for sign-in. Google collects account info per their Privacy Policy.
• Meta OAuth (Facebook): Used for sign-in. Meta collects account info per their Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: Used to extract workout data from video frames via our AI proxy. OpenAI's data usage is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Handles subscription billing. Stripe's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.
• Polsia (our infrastructure): Provides hosting, analytics, and R2 file storage under polsia.com/privacy.
• Neon (PostgreSQL): Our database provider. See neon.tech/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). After a deletion request, data is removed within 30 days. Backups are purged within 60 days.

Cookies

We use session cookies (required for authentication) and a one-time analytics cookie that stores a random visitor ID in localStorage — no tracking across sites, no cross-context cookies.

Children

RepSave is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a banner on the service.
